Rob Rosenstein is President of Moody Capital Solutions, Inc., a FINRA and SEC registered investment bank, where he oversees the firm’s investment banking practice and serves as a registered principal. He brings 35 years of experience across investment banking, institutional sales, and retail brokerage firm operations, and has helped found and been a partner in several boutique investment banks specializing in PIPE financings. 

 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Rosenstein has been actively involved in the sourcing, structuring, placement, and closing of hundreds of PIPE transactions, and has participated in the placement of more than 25 initial public offerings, primarily in the life sciences and technology sectors.

At Moody Capital he leads the firm’s work in next generation capital formation, including above market priced rights offerings, private placements, Reg CF crowdfunding and the tokenization of securities and real-world assets. He works with growth stage and public companies to connect issuers with institutional investors and with financing structures that fall outside the conventional path, drawing on relationships developed across hedge funds, institutional investors, and investment managers active in the small and micro-cap markets. 

 

Mr. Rosenstein is a graduate of Temple University and holds the Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 79 securities licenses. He resides in the greater Atlanta area with his black lab, Zoey.
