David Walters, Managing Director, joined Moody Capital Solutions in February of 2024. He is a business design specialist with a proven track record delivering shareholder value across all sectors. His specialties are in managing operations, finding strategic partners and capital, recruiting key personnel, creating the right strategic and tactical plan to market, designing the most profitable and scalable business model, seeing value where others didn’t, developing & implementing company culture, knowing when to raise money, sell or publicly list a company.
Mr. Walters, has served as Chairman, CEO, CFO as well as held Board of Director positions for both public and private companies. He has owned and operated boutique brokerage firms for the 28 years. He has raised over $1.5 billion creating shareholder value over the last 30 years. He has been focused on reducing carbon emissions to help the planet, advocate for women running companies and has started creating Art Barn a non-profit for underprivileged kids. Walters received his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego. He lives in Newport Beach California, married to Mimi Walters and has two girls and two boys. He holds FINRA series SIE, 7 and 63 licenses.
