Shawn Ellis
Shawn Ellis, Managing Director, has closed over one hundred financing transactions over his buy-side and sell-side career. Mr. Ellis began his career at Prudential Securities in 2002 in San Diego, California. In 2004 he joined TD Ameritrade where he was a high net worth financial consultant in La Jolla, California. From 2009 through 2016 Mr. Ellis was on the buy-side financing small cap companies at a family office called JMJ Financial. From 2016 through 2021 he was a consultant with Kettner Capital. Mr. Ellis attended San Diego state where he studied International economics and finance. Mr. Ellis holds the Series 7, 66 and 79 securities licenses.
